1. Acceptance of Terms

Acceptable verification documents include government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and payment method verification (photos of credit/debit cards or e-wallet account screenshots). Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

axie88 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and Metrobank, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). Deposits are typically processed instantly, although bank transfers may take up to two (2) hours depending on your financial institution's processing times. All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your account balance.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your axie88 account are legitimately obtained and not derived from illegal activities including money laundering, fraud, terrorism financing, or other criminal conduct. We reserve the right to investigate the source of large deposits and request supporting documentation demonstrating the legitimate origin of funds.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount of PHP 200 (Two Hundred Philippine Pesos). GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes, while bank transfers process within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals process within one (1) hour. axie88 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, payment processors and banks may impose their own fees which are beyond our control.

All withdrawals are subject to security review and may be delayed or denied if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of Terms, or failure to complete identity verification. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Philippine Pesos) in a single transaction or PHP 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos) in a seven-day period.

3.3 Wagering Requirements and Bonus Conditions

Bonuses, promotions, and free credits offered by axie88 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion terms. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility. Contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely from bonus play. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe results in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

Players at axie88 are expected to engage in fair play and comply with the rules of each game. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Allowing third parties to access your account or selling/transferring your account to others.

4.2 Game Results and Random Number Generators

All casino games, slots, and virtual games at axie88 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) tested and verified by independent testing laboratories including eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and Gaming Laboratories International. Game results are determined solely by these RNGs and cannot be predicted or manipulated by players or axie88. Live dealer games use physical cards, wheels, and dice with results determined by live dealers in real-time studio environments.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official results of sporting events as declared by the relevant sporting authority or governing body. In cases of disputed results, postponements, cancellations, or rule changes, axie88 reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes at our sole discretion in accordance with industry-standard sportsbook rules.

4.3 Limits and Responsible Gaming Tools

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The axie88 Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted access. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, axie88, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of axie88 shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

Arbitration proceedings shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, axie88 reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to prevent unauthorized use of intellectual property or to enforce account termination decisions.

8. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your axie88 account at any time by contacting customer support, provided all pending wagering requirements are satisfied and no investigation into your account activity is ongoing. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to identity verification and compliance with withdrawal procedures. Dormant accounts with zero balances may be automatically closed after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity.

axie88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse bonuses, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination for cause, your account balance may be forfeited, pending investigations completed, and you will be permanently banned from creating new accounts or accessing axie88 services in the future.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of axie88 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to our Privacy Policy and acknowledge that we may process your data for account management, transaction processing, compliance with legal obligations, fraud prevention, and marketing purposes (subject to your communication preferences).

10. Amendments and Contact Information

axie88 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Platform with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting your rights or obligations will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform thirty (30) days before taking effect.
